In no event shall sepak888's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform exceed the greater of: (a) the total deposits made by you to the Platform in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim; or (b) RM500, whichever is lower.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sepak888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to preserve rights pending the outcome of arbitration.
sepak888 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active Players via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting Player Support.
